Cancellations:
When cancellations are within less than 7 days, payment is
non-refundable unless your reserved room can be rented on
that date.
Check in time is 4pm to 6 pm. If later than 6pm please contact
innkeeper to make other arrangements so that your room will
not be rented out. Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
Two night
minimum stay on weekends June - October.
No smoking
in the house. Smoking is only permitted outside on the downstairs
porch or yard.
No pets
allowed.
